Sliding glass doors access your covered balcony from both the living room and master bedroom.

Val’s Condos are both on the 6th floor, West Building, in two different resorts. W608 in the Sonoran Spa and SW603 in the Sonoran Sun (a few minutes walk or drive apart). We chose this ideal level because of the ocean, pool and marina views; the proximity to the pool and beach; and the morning sun on the balcony. You’re also in the perfect spot for watching ships, shrimp boats, dolphins and whales pass by.

The Swim-Up Aqua Bar and Grill at the Sonoran Sun Resort. Swim up and have a seat. Happy Hour starts early and you can order lunch and snacks all day long.

Imagine spending the afternoon lounging poolside under a large portable umbrella, a palm tree or in full sun along 200-yards of Sandy Beach. Sprawling adult pools, large children’s pools and jacuzzis are just steps from the sand. The Sonoran Spa offers a slide for the kids and the Sonoran Sun has a swim-up aqua bar and grill to keep everyone hydrated and fed.

Located just off the resort lobby, La Spa’s professional, experienced staff is ready to pamper you with a full menu of spa services including their famous ocean-view mani-pedi. Just outside the resorts or right on the beach, guests can rent jet skis, quads, horses, kayaks, sailboats and banana boats. We go to Rocky Point often and have been staying at this condo on our visits for the past two years. We love this condo! The Sun is an amazing place to stay. The location is incredible. This condo is so comfortable, especially the bed in the master bedroom! This condo has everything you need to feel completely at home. You will love it!

“The Best Family Vacation Possible!”

We just got back from an 8 day stay at Sonoran Spa W608 and the worst part of the trip was coming home! We have two kids (7 and 5 yrs old) and we all had such a good time! The condo itself was perfectly outfitted (this is the third time we have stayed in it) - it has everything - dishes, pots, pans, all cooking utensils, tupperware, iron/ironing board, washer, dryer, board games, videos, TV's in both bedrooms and the living room, great patio furniture and the most unbelievable balcony view of the ocean and pool. It's on the sixth floor so we weren't too close to the noise of the pool but it was 2 minutes from the condo to a pool or beach chair. There is a spa, gym, restaurant and convenience store on the property and the staff is so nice and helpful. The security is so outstanding, we left our pop-up tent on the beach the entire week - never took it down. We haven't been back 24 hours and are planning our next stay. I can't recommend this highly enough!
